Kaibab Squirrel (via Jim and Kris Pictures)
When we visited the north rim of the Grand Canyon a few years ago I really wanted a see a Kaibab Squirrel. A squirrel native only to that section of the world. The park ranger told us that if we saw one we should take a picture, because they were that rare.
On our drive out I suddenly exclaimed “SQUIRREL”. In the middle of the road, chanceing the rental car’s brakes was a Kaibab squirrel. He ran back into the woods before I could take a picture, but I can now say that I’ve seen one and it was huge!

Cheap ikea bookshelves are being re-done all over the world….
I LOVE this! I actually just bought a bookcase from Target tonight ($16!) and I will have to start searching for wallpaper to decorate it with.
